1. Engagement & Academic Coaching Commitment

Ascended Minds Education (AME) provides highly structured, confidence-centered academic coaching tailored to secondary students. By registering a student for our programs, parents/guardians acknowledge that consistent attendance and active student participation are required to achieve the intended developmental and academic outcomes.

2. Attendance & Cancellation Frameworks

To preserve session integrity and protect our dedicated educator blocks, we enforce strict attendance guidelines based on the program style:

• Launch-Ready Summer Program: Because this cohort is a highly condensed 2-week daily commitment, session times are structurally fixed. Missed lessons cannot be rescheduled or made up. To maintain momentum, a student missing three (3) sessions will be withdrawn from the remaining cohort block with no refund provided.
• School Year Coaching Cycles: Our 8-week coaching blocks run alongside the academic year. Rescheduling requests require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed sessions without notification, will be forfeited and billed as a completed session.

3. Invoicing, Payments & Fees

All program fees must be paid in full or structured via an approved payment plan prior to the official launch of the student's first session block. AME reserves the right to pause or suspend scheduled virtual sessions if an account balance remains overdue.

4. Digital Conduct & Engagement Rules

All coaching is delivered virtually. Students are expected to log in on time, retain an active camera connection throughout the duration of the lesson (unless a specific accommodation is agreed upon prior), and bring a collaborative, respectful attitude to activity discussions.
